Da Vienna Boutique Hotel Batam, Batam

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff was accommodating, the overall condition of the rooms and facilities left much to be desired. I had to change rooms due to unpleasant smells and faulty appliances, which was quite inconvenient. The dining options were lacking as well, but the location was decent for nearby attractions.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the location near Nagoya Hill Mall made it easy to explore dining options nearby. However, the rooms were in a disappointing state with signs of wear and cleanliness issues. The breakfast selection was limited and often stale by the early morning. Overall, while the staff did their best, the hotel needs significant upgrades to justify its ratings.
